Essential Responsibilities CLP at GEHC China is a 2.5-year program providing real work experience in unique and developmental rotations within the commercial functions(sales, product and marketing) in all GEHC business segments. CLP will experience various customer groups, products, and leaders as well as world-class training in sales, leadership, and business skills. CLP will also strengthen their commercial, business, and leadership skills by completing an intensive curriculum of classroom, hands-on, and online training. Typical rotations include Sales, Product Sales, Marketing and Commercial Processes. Sales: CLP is responsible for selling GE Healthcare products in assigned market. He/she may be responsible for new account development as well as expanding existing accounts. Meanwhile, CLP will also be responsible for maintaining customer relationships with the accounts in established geographic territory. Dealer Sales: CLP is responsible for the management and development of distributor relationships. He/she will be responsible to achieve targeted sales and profit objectives from a defined business territory/ customer group. Product Sales: CLP will act as product expert to support field sales team to sell HC equipment, service or business solutions to customers. He/she will actively track market dynamics including competition situations, customer needs, product evolution and formulate analysis report to aid business forecast and planning for related team. CLP will also keep close contact with key luminaries within assigned territory, to promote latest product and clinical development from GE Healthcare, collect first hand customer feedback and needs on GE products/services and build the spokesman for GE. Marketing: CLP will participant in the planning and execution of marketing solutions, programs and events. Commercial Processes: CLP will build deep understanding of all GEHC commercial processes, as well as GEHC market and products, company policies and resources, by full engaging into sales support roles including commercial operation and OTR specialists. Role Summary/PurposeThe Commercial Leadership Program (CLP) at GE Healthcare China develops future leaders in commercial functions through challenging developmental experiences, rigorous training curriculum, exposure to senior leadership and a strong, engaged community across the globe. Through different challenging commercial rotations, CLPs will learn products and customers, develop key commercial competencies as well as essential leadership skills, while also make significant contributions to the business.Qualifications/Requirements* Fresh bachelor/master graduates or candidates with less than 2 year working experience, major in Medical related fields is preferred. * Passionate in sales career and the Healthcare industry, willing to take challenges and work under pressure. * Academic excellence. * Demonstrated sales/people skills and/or aptitude. * Strong communication & interpersonal skills, good team player. * Geographic mobility and willing to travel. * Demonstrated computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. * Fluent in English.Desired Characteristics* Ability to influence others and lead small teams. * Ability to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact. * Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. * Effective problem identification and solution skills. * Proven analytical and organizational ability. * Self-starter. * Demonstrates GE value and leadership potential.
