Maintenance Planner, 榆林维修计划员PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES 1. Plans, schedules, and coordinates corrective and preventive maintenance activities. A planner accomplishes this task by studying and managing work requests; analyzing job requirements; and determining materials, equipment, and labor needs (such as blueprints, tools, parts, and craftworkers’ skill requirements) in order to complete maintenance economically and efficiently. 2. The maintenance planner is the logistics person. He or she has the responsibility for removing non productive time from the maintenance work force. His or her basic responsibility is to ensure that when the maintenance work is ready to be performed, there will be no delays during the execution of the work. 3. Develops monthly schedule and assists the maintenance first-line maintenance superviser in determining job priorities. The planner will make changes and adjustments to the schedule and work package after reviewing them with the first-line maintenance supervisor. The planner maintains a complete and current backlog of work orders. As work is requested, the request is given to the planner. The planner examines the request, plans the job, and reviews the job with the foreman or craft workers. Once the job is planned and approved, it is placed on the schedule. 4. The planner reviews the monthly schedule with the first-line maintenance supervisor before the start of the work month. The first-line maintenance supervisor’s and Functional Engineers expertise recommendations that require changes are incorporated into the schedule, and the schedule is then published by the planner. 5. Ensures that the SAP PM data files are complete and current. The planner does this task by gathering equipment and associated stores information for the entire plant or facility. The planner develops standardized codes for the equipment, stores, and task craft assignments for all maintenance activities. In short, the planner is the keeper of the SAP PM data. The planner constantly reviews information being input into the SAP PM for accuracy and completeness. 6. Working with Material Management department to improve IRA (inventory record accuracy), ensure the consumed spare parts plan and inventory data correct. 7. Identifies, analyzes, and reviews equipment maintenance problems with maintenance engineers. The planner revises the maintenance management program as necessary to improve and enhance plant and facilities operations. 8. Working with Reliability Execution Manager to seek improve Maintenance work process, esp. on reduce PM02 no-valued added work to be more plant specific. Since the planner maintains the work order system, any repetitive problems should be apparent to the planner. Maintenance Planner then reviews repetitive problems with Functional Engineers to end are solution. At this level, the resolution typically will be adjustments in the preventive or predictive maintenance program. By adjusting the programs, the planner provides a solution to the problem. If the problem is not related to the preventive or predictive maintenance program, then the planner refers it to the maintenance engineer and Functional engineers for resolution. 9. Assists in educating operations or facilities personnel in maintenance management, because the planner is so well versed in maintenance tools and maintenance activities. 10. Plant Maintenance Excellence assessment as well as benchmark the performance with in AP and with external industrials, and seek opportunities to improve. 11. Support the Reliability Execution Manager on establishing maintenance planning folder go-by documentation, esp. on TAR documentations to showcase planning, scheduling, execution and report out, etc. 12. Closely work with Ops and Maintenance team, being quick responder to plant emergency cases: routinely prepare and organize team review the targeted plant workable schedule and make ready to execute it in timely manner when there’s plant trip window. JOB REQUIREMENTS 1. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical or instrumentation, minimum of 5+ years’ maintenance work experiences related in the gas, oil and chemical industry. 2. With working knowledge of chemical / gas plant operations. 3. Hands-on field maintenance work experience is must. 4. Good people skill be able to lead task force and project 5. Proven facilitation and presentation, communication on team work skills. 6. Good command of English both in written and spoken. 7.
